In June, our VP of Sales, Tom Healy III, successfully completed the third and final course in the School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) series, earning the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.  Hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association, the SOMB three-course series teaches all the facets of mortgage lending, and designates graduates as highly trained and committed real estate finance professionals. The team at Level1Analytics® Powered by Intraprise is proud of Mr. Healy’s dedication to such a course, and excitedly supports the professional development that accompanies such a distinction.

Level1Analytics has a special connection to MBA Education: we play an integral part in creating, updating, and supporting the brand new release of the simulation software the MBA utilizes in their capstone course, School of Mortgage Banking III.  Designed to simulate running a mortgage company through several economic quarters with varying conditions, the complex simulation software allows the students, broken into consulting teams, to compete against each other to institute the most creative, yet realistic, strategy to help their simulated company become profitable again.
