This housing price index is based on the first quarter of 2000. It is data as of 3/31/22 and shows continued rapid escalation of real estate prices. I think it is probable, based on increasing "days on the market" and price discounts, that we will see at least a plateauing of prices when we get the 6/30 data. The word "bubble", however, does have to come to mind!
