This housing price index is based on the first quarter of 2000, with current data as of 12/31/22. Price growth continues to slow down. Florida has finally started to taper off as well. It is probable, based on increasing "days on the market" and price discounts, that we will see more declines through 2023; hopefully, they will be modest.
